SUPPLY CHAINS OF PERISHABLE AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS IN THE EAEU: CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES AND DEVELOPMENT
OF LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual approach to the formation of an integrated logistics platform for perishable agri-food products within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The methodological framework is based on systems and scenario analysis, SWOT assessment, comparative analysis of the logistics potential of EAEU member states, and modeling of logistics chain efficiency under different levels of integration using panel empirical data for the period 2015–2023. Selected indicators of logistics infrastructure are employed to provide a descriptive assessment of the current state of agrologistics as of 2023.
The modeling results demonstrate that coordinated investment policies and regulatory harmonization can significantly enhance the efficiency of agrologistics chains in the context of regional integration. The findings confirm that digitalization and the development of cold chain infrastructure are key determinants of logistics sustainability, while the coordination of regulatory and investment mechanisms substantially improves logistics efficiency across the EAEU member states. Based on the estimated parameters, a scenario-based forecast of agrologistics development up to 2030 is proposed. The study introduces a scalable model of an integrated agrologistics platform incorporating a cluster-based approach, a unified digital framework, and public–private partnership mechanisms adaptable to the specific conditions of EAEU countries. The scientific novelty of the research lies in substantiating a platform-based approach to cross-border agrologistics grounded in the synergy of digital and physical solutions, institutional coordination, and targeted infrastructure policy.

THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF LARGE ENTERPRISES IN BULGARIA – CHARACTERISTICS AND PROBLEMS
Abstract:
An information infrastructure is part of the overall infrastructure of enterprises. It refers to hardware, software, data management technologies, network and telecommunication technologies and services as well as the staff involved in the management of provided services.
The aim of this article is to elucidate the characteristics of information infrastructure and related issues in the era of digital transformation. In terms of theoretical tasks, this implies defining the concept of "information infrastructure" and identifying opportunities for its development. Practical tasks relate to analyzing some of the problems that a large Bulgarian enterprise is facing in terms of its information infrastructure and proposing methods for assessing the costs of the information infrastructure in the enterprise. Our research focuses on ‘Sparky Eltos’ AD in Lovech and suggests some practical guidelines for analyzing problems and offering adequate solutions.

A CRITICAL REVIEW OF ETHICAL INFRASTRUCTURE BASIC MODELS
Abstract:
The study aims to consider and analyze the main theoretical formulations with a high degree of influence on the ethics in public sector organizations. It also presents basic ethical concepts and defines a conceptual apparatus applicable to the sector. The elements included in the existing models of the ethical infrastructure are analyzed and critically presented through the methods of comparative analysis. Discussion questions are raised with regard to building ethical infrastructure in public sector organizations.

CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE AFTER ‘ODA GRADUATION’ - MOVING TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: CASE STUDY OF VIETNAM
Abstract:
The research on ODA will be focused on its relation to Goal 17, the Partnership, considered a major issue by the researchers, especially in the case of Vietnam as a developing economy. ODA was mainly used for investing in economic infrastructure when Vietnam witnessed a downfall in receiving financial aid due to its significant economic growth. ODA helped Vietnam transform from one of the world’s poorest nations into a lower middle-income country and soon, this is going to lead to the ‘ODA Graduation’. However, the process has just begun. The country is still in a process of industrialization and modernization and its socio-economic situation has not been stable or solid. By all means, ODA is not only a financial resource, it also helps the country to accomplish Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN. ‘ODA Graduation’ means that the economy of Vietnam has faced certain challenges such as increasing pressure of outbound debts; raising impact on social development or imbalance between high capital recovery investments and public-services investments. However, ‘ODA Graduation’ has brought certain opportunities such as increasing Vietnam’s independence in capital mobilization, preventing the removal of tariffs barrier, reducing losses and waste of funds. This research gives recommendations for improving Vietnam’s economic situation and can help overcome the difficulties in the period of ‘ODA Graduation’.

Abstract:
Digital economy and the rapidly growing use of the Internet have rendered it impossible for a corporate IT infrastructure to perform successfully unless adopting the necessary techniques, technology and procedures for controlling access to resources. Mobile devices have become tremendously popular and they are an indispensable part of people’s everyday life, as well as a preferred option for accessing corporate IT infrastructure resources. Therefore, organisations need to design and implement efficient management solutions, based on in-depth analyses and in line with the specific properties of mobile devices.
This research paper describes in detail corporate IT infrastructure and mobile devices as components of that infrastructure, reviews their use in business environment and presents appropriate tools for exercising control.
