PROFILING SCHEME FOR “POTENTIAL STRESS”
Abstract:
It is a daily task for management to design jobs, pay systems, job descriptions and other aspects of organizational functioning. But by including a profiling of employee’s potential workplace stress, companies could improve “the daily health” of employees and support a healthy and motivated organization underpinning a satisfactory company performance.
Drawing an employee’s stress profile would enable the manager to address the workplace stress prior to it actually happens, which would be beneficial for both the employee and the company.
The aim of the paper is to suggest a profiling scheme for “potential stress” based on 12 so-called “stress boosters”. The profiling should be viewed upon as an operational tool, which managers can use in their daily
management of both employees facing a potential risk of becoming stressed, but also to support the process of hiring new employees.

BULGARIAN TOURISM – BETWEEN
CLASSICAL AND POPULAR GENRES
Abstract:
The nature of developing tourism as a business depends largely on the objectives pursued and on the demand of the tourists it attracts as customers. To determine the nature of the modern tourist business in Bulgaria, this article focuses on the quality and characteristics of its realisation as an industry. The aim is to determine whether best examples or negative practice prevails in the tourism business in this country. The presented formulation implies a comparative analysis of tourism in Austria and Bulgaria, based on criteria that reveal its core characteristics from the perspective of market competition and the principles of sustainable development. Parallels are sought between the impact of economic reforms in Bulgaria in the period of transition and the present tourism business in the country.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THE ORGANISATION
Abstract:
In this paper, the term “interpersonal relationships” is defined as a scientific category. On the basis of particular literary sources, we view some expressions of interpersonal relationships. The research is based on the possibility of the selective application of Timothy Leary’s methodology. It presents concise characteristics of the: authoritative-leadership relationship; independent-dominating relationship; straightforward-aggressive relationship; distrustful-sceptic relationship; submissive-timid relationship; dependent-obedient relationship; cooperative-conventional and responsible-generous relationship.
